For yourself
The same help, on you.
MNRI® serves adults as well as children — for stress and tension, for finding your feet after injury or illness, and for steadiness under pressure. A few minutes a day, in your own name.
Why adults use MNRI
Your nervous system still runs on reflexes.
Grown bodies keep the same primary motor reflex patterns children do. The same gentle movement that supports a child can support you: easing stress, recovery after injury or illness, and the kind of focus that matters when life or sport asks a lot. Same method, worked on a grown body. Simple movement, at home, on your schedule.
Sign up as your own client
Your plan. Your name.
Pick "for myself" when you start. The app is built for an adult client: second-person copy, your plan, your progress. You can start on a free starter set, or connect a certified practitioner who builds a programme around what you are working on. Connecting one is free; you pay when you run the full library.
How a day looks
Today's set, then done.
Open the app, follow the multi-angle videos, mark each exercise done. Spoken narration can follow the language you pick. The day resets tomorrow. If you already run a child's plan here, you can put yourself alongside them: separate plans, separate progress, one login. The app always knows which one it is talking about.
Your records
Sealed, and yours.
Your records are sealed one by one, reachable only by you and any practitioner you choose to bring in, and yours to export or delete whenever you want. See security and compliance and the privacy policy.
How care is decided
The programme is the practitioner's craft.
MyMNRI shows the exercises a qualified practitioner prescribed (or the starter set) and records what you completed. Decisions about care stay with you and your practitioner or doctor — the app is the daily layer that keeps the plan on track.
