What it is
You came for the brain. We start with the body.
When families first hear “reflexes,” it can sound small next to a diagnosis, a scan, or a hard day. Primary motor reflexes are part of how the nervous system organises itself — and a gentle way to support the same child you already care about so deeply.
The first question
“So what — reflexes?”
Many families arrive with a brain story: development that took a different path, injury, stress the system never fully put down, skills that should come more easily. That is a real and heavy place to stand.
MNRI® meets that place through the body. Primary motor reflex patterns are automatic responses the nervous system uses early in life. As they integrate, they become a quiet foundation under bigger things — movement, attention, calm under pressure, the skills you are already working so hard to grow. When those patterns need more support, the whole picture above them can feel stuck. Working with the patterns is a way to support the foundation, kindly and repeatedly, so more of the person can come through.
The method
Gentle movement. Real craft.
MNRI® — Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration — is Dr. Svetlana Masgutova's method. A certified practitioner assesses which patterns to address and builds a programme for this child or adult. The work is gentle, repeated movement. Simple. At human pace. No equipment.
The session teaches and guides. The days between sessions are where the pattern has room to settle — a few minutes at home, often enough to land. That is the sunny half of the work: small, steady, doable on an ordinary evening.
What MyMNRI does
The bridge between the plan and the floor.
MyMNRI carries the home half of a programme a certified practitioner already chose: today's exercises, multi-angle instructional video, the repetitions they set, and a simple way to mark each one done. It sits beside the practitioner and the method — the daily layer on top of the session.
You open the app and get one clear answer: what do we do today, and how. The practitioner sees the same week you lived. Everyone stays on the same page without holding last Tuesday in memory alone.
The programme on screen
Prescribed. Filmed. Tracked.
You follow the exercises your practitioner selected — multi-angle video so the movement is clear, spoken narration in the language you pick, a day that resets every morning. Progress is visible to the family and to the practitioner. Care decisions stay with the practitioner and the doctor; the app keeps the plan bright and easy to run.
Who built the method
The Institute owns the content.
The MNRI® method and the exercise videos in this app belong to the International Dr. Svetlana Masgutova Institute. MyMNRI is the app for running a home programme built from that work — made with the Institute, for the families and practitioners who use the method.
For the scientific and training background, the Institute's site at masgutovamethod.com is the home of the method itself. This site is about the daily programme app — warm, clear, ready for the next few minutes.
