Privacy
Your child's data. Your rules.
This is a therapy record for a child. We treat it that way.
Your account. Your name and email address. Sign-in uses a code or a passkey.
The person you're helping. Their name, and their date of birth if you give one — a programme is built around a child's age. An adult signing themselves up uses their own details only.
The programme and how it went. The exercises your practitioner prescribed, and which ones you marked done on which day.
Security logs. IP addresses, for security and rate-limiting. Postal address or phone only if you type them into your profile. Payment is handled by a payment processor; card details stay with them.
The data exists to run the programme: to show you today's exercises, to record what you completed, and to show that same picture to the practitioner you connected.
Connecting a practitioner is consent you give and can withdraw. They see the child you attached them to.
You are the customer
Your information serves your programme. It is kept for care and for the service you pay for.
Therapy records stay therapy records
A child's programme is used to deliver that programme — including to the practitioner you chose.
A quiet product
The family-facing surface is built without advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts on the app pages.
Access you control
Records are sealed individually. Support reaches a file only when the process requires it, under our access rules.
Lawful requests
Where the law requires us to respond to a valid court order, we do so within that scope. Everyday commercial sharing is outside the design.
We process health data on your explicit consent, given when you create the record and when you connect a practitioner. Health data is special category data under GDPR Article 9, which is why the consent is explicit and separate.
For keeping the service running and secure — sessions, rate limits, the audit log — we rely on legitimate interest.
Withdraw at any time by disconnecting the practitioner or deleting the account. Deleting stops the processing.
A parent or guardian creates and controls the record. A second guardian can be invited as an equal. The child's data is visible to the guardians who hold it and to the practitioner they chose.
- See everything. Everything we hold about you and your child is in the app.
- Fix anything. Names, dates, profile details — edit them yourself.
- Take it with you. Ask and we will export your records.
- Delete everything. Deleting the account removes the records. Where law obliges us to retain something, we will say so.
- Change your mind. Disconnecting a practitioner ends their access from that moment.
MyMNRI shows the programme a qualified practitioner built and records what you completed. Medical decisions belong with your practitioner and your doctor.
