Terms
Terms of service.
These govern your use of MyMNRI. Making an account means you agree to them.
MyMNRI is an app for running an MNRI® programme at home. A certified practitioner prescribes exercises; the app shows them, plays the instructional video, and records what you completed. Clinical decisions stay with the practitioner and the doctor; the app is the daily layer that carries the plan.
You must be an adult to hold an account. A child's record is created and controlled by a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for the address on the account and for anyone you invite onto a record. Add only children you are the guardian of, and connect practitioners only for records you control.
A practitioner account is marked verified once we have checked their MNRI® training. That confirms certification status. The professional relationship and the care itself remain between you and them.
Making an account, connecting your practitioner and receiving a prescribed programme are free. A subscription opens the full exercise library. Payment is handled by a payment processor.
If a subscription ends, your records remain available to export and review in read-only form.
The MNRI® method, and the exercise videos in this app, belong to the International Dr. Svetlana Masgutova Institute. Your subscription is permission to use them for your own programme. Redistribution or re-publishing of the videos is outside that permission.
- Reach only the records you are authorised to open.
- Leave the security of the service intact.
- Use the exercise videos for your programme, on this service.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself.
- Use the service lawfully.
We keep the service available and improve it over time. Medical judgement on what the app displays sits with your practitioner and your doctor — the programme is theirs; the app carries it.
We will tell you before we make a material change to these terms.
